The Production Journey

We utilize a closed-loop production system that maximizes output while minimizing environmental footprint.

Raw Material Preparation
Sand or fly ash is milled to a fine slurry, then precisely dosed with lime, cement, and gypsum using automated electronic weighers.
Aeration & Casting
Aluminum powder is added as an expansion agent. The chemical reaction releases hydrogen, creating millions of microscopic air cells within the mixture.
High-Precision Cutting
Advanced wire-cutting machines slice the semi-solid cake into blocks of exact dimensions. This ensures a smooth surface finish and minimal mortar usage.
Autoclave Curing
Blocks are cured under 12 bars of steam pressure at 190°C. This hydrothermal reaction creates Tobermorite crystals, ensuring maximum strength.
